Given the emerging challenges brought by disasters, our mission is to institutionalize and share our responsibilities and professionalism in disaster risk reduction and management. We are striving to provide and implement various DRRM services to enhance the quality of life and protect our kababayans from the adverse impact of expected and unexpected negative consequences. We cannot achieve these without your unwavering support, hard work, and dedication. More importantly, the core values of pride, integrity, and commitment to the success of our mission.

Meanwhile, this PDRRMO Employee Handbook was crafted to provide relevant information about the department. It captures the establishment of PDRRMO, our mission, vision, goals and objectives, functional statement, citizen’s charter, directory, code of conduct and ethical standards for government employees, and other DRRM-related Republic Acts. I anticipate that this handbook will serve as a meaningful guide to the performance of our duties and responsibilities for the betterment of our department.
